Jayme Elliott -- Jayme Elliott is the Executive
Director of Communities In Schools in Catoosa
County and primary facilitator for CIS’s
Soundation student hand drumming group.
Soundation began in September of 2007 as an
innovative strategy to reach students who are at
risk of dropping out of school.
Jayme was proud to be a drummer for Black Elk
Speaks in its debut last fall. Jayme has facilitated
drum circles with Ringgold Telephone Company,
Northwest Georgia Dental Center, Onpoint, and
Catoosa County Public Schools. Jayme is a
Certified HealthRhythms facilitator, and has also
attended workshops with renown drummers
Arthur Hull, Christine Stevens, Dr. Barry Bittman,
Dave Holland, Jonathan Murray, and Bill Scheidt.
