Leela Perry -- A direct descendent of Chief John
Ross, Leela Perry is proud to have been one of
the veteran actors for Black Elk Speaks in 2008.
This production marks Leela’s third performance
with the Hamilton Community Theatre, having
been a part of the summer production, An
Evening with Shel Silverstein. She has previous
performed in Kokonut High and in The Nutcracker.
A student at CSLA who loves dancing, acting,
writing, and reading, Leela has been talking
classical ballet for 9 years and tap for 8 years.
She is an active member in Technology Student
Association (TSA) and has traveled to Florida
and Colorado, where she presented her findings
on the increasing prevalence of the coyote in
urban areas.
