Lee Perry is breaking into the
Chattanooga theater scene in a
big way!  Having been backstage
for years in local productions of
The Nutcracker, she is excited
for the opportunity to show off
her creative energy to the
community.  Her enthusiasm,
sense of fun, and interest in
history are driving forces behind
her stage debut.

There are many children in Lee's
life.  Lee is the mother of a 7th
grader who attends CSLA. She is,
also, a teacher of special needs
children, and is passionate
about helping them and their
families.  She is presently a
student at Chattanooga State,
furthering her education in the
field of exceptional education.
Autism is her focal interest.  A
Sunday night pre-K Bible class
rounds out Lee's kids!

On the home front, spending
time with her daughter, Leela, is
Lee's greatest joy.  They enjoy
camping, walking, books, art, and
laughing.  Going to Pompano
Beach with Papa John and YaYa
is one of their very favorite
times each summer.  Oliver and
Abigail are  their spoiled cats.

Lee would like to thank Hamilton
Community Theatre for the
opportunity to "be discovered."
All involved in Black Elk Speaks
have been supportive and
inspiring.  Also, "thanks, Mom,
for all . . ."
