
Dale is the operations manager of the
Hamilton Community Theatre.
Dale has been active in community theatre for
several years. During the day, he works as a
master social worker for the Catoosa County
Public Schools.
In addition to his work helping people as a social
worker, He has been playing keyboard
professionally since the age of 19.
Dale has played music in a variety of settings
from the studio to churches to clubs to theatres.
In the theatre setting, he has been the musical
director for stage productions of Joseph and the
Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Footloose,
You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, Nunsense,
Always... Patsy Cline, Smokey Joe's Cafe, and
Children's Letters to God. He previously worked
as the staff musical director (the MD) at the
Backstage Dinner Theatre.
Dale has extensive experience in not-for-profit
management and has served as a management
consultant to dozens of organizations all across
the country.
Dale is especially proud to be working on Black
Elk Speaks because of his own Native American
Heritage - a mix of Oneida, Mohawk, and Lenape
(Delaware).
